Terry Rachwalski

A Certified Management Consultant specializing in business development for technology firms, Terry Rachwalski started her management consultancy firm, Front Porch Perspectives, ten years ago on a bet that worked out pretty well! She has worked with over 50 businesses in Canada, the United States and Europe. Terry has consulted with start-ups and Fortune 500 firms assisting them with all the elements of go-to-market plans and new product launch including extensive work in industry, market, competitive analyses and digital strategies. She has worked in a broad variety of industries including software, mobile apps, hardware, RFID, sensors, fiber optics, mines, oil & gas, neutraceuticals, beverages, food, tourist destinations and even a cattle ranch and a  3D printing company.

She is the co-author of Business Diagnostics, 3rd edition designed for the busy business person who needs an easy framework and step-by-step checklist to evaluate and grow a business. Terry is Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University where she runs the live consulting case for the MBA capstone project using problem-based learning techniques which she describes as the most fascinating and scary consulting gig she has ever worked on. She loves working from a home office and often does Skype calls in her jammies and slippers.
